All claims must be submitted in writing to HIZ Logistiek within 120 days from the date of delivery, as outlined below. Written complaints concerning damage must be submitted by the party entitled to delivery, in accordance with our Air Waybill.
Damage: Within 14 days after the delivery date
Overcharges:
Claims for overcharges must be submitted in writing to our cargo accounting department within 60 days from the date on the Air Waybill.
