To support our cargo customers, we provide easy access to Cargo Claim Forms online to help streamline the claims process. A written notice detailing the nature of the loss, delay, or damage must be submitted by the party entitled to delivery within the designated time frame. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any claim against the Carrier.
PayCargo Refunds: All refund requests should be submitted through PayCargo.com.

Service Level Guarantees apply exclusively to select express products. HIZ Logistiek currently offers service guarantees only for designated priority shipments, subject to specific terms and conditions. No guarantees are available for other product categories unless otherwise stated.
