Cargo Online Booking
We offer reliable package delivery services for both domestic and international shipments. Whether it’s a small parcel or a large package, UPS ensures timely and secure delivery to destinations worldwide.
Unless you are shipping a live animal or a document weighing less than 16 oz., your business must be registered as a TSA-approved Known Shipper to ship with HIZ Logistiek.
You can complete the Known Shipper application, or if your business is classified as an IAC/Freight Forwarder, please apply for an account number here.
The “Book” tab is accessible from any page on hizlogistiek.com. Visit our New Site Features page to watch a video tutorial on how to complete a guest booking. For additional questions about the booking process, refer to our User Guide available on the New Site Features page.
Under the dropdown, enter the AWB number and the origin station of the shipment. After clicking “Submit,” a booking overview will appear, displaying both the master AWB and associated house AWB details.
Click the icon under ‘Action’ to review the AWB details before final submission. To make any edits, go to MANAGE and enter the AWB number. If all AWB details are correct, click “Submit AWB.”
Once the shipment details are submitted electronically, a confirmation page will be displayed. Please note that customers will not need to bring or pay for a paper AWB when dropping off the shipment for acceptance.
Yes! account page allows users to customize their profile to best fit their needs. You can learn more by watching our Online Profile video tutorial.
Go to the Registration Dashboard and click “Add a New User to an Existing Profile.” Complete the form and submit.
All AWB stock requests must be submitted through the online request form. However, AWB ranges are not required to ship on deltacargo.com. Any shipment booked on deltacargo.com will have an AWB number automatically assigned to the booking, if the AWB number field is left blank at the time of booking.
Your hizlogistiek.com username is your email address and may include letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens. Passwords must be between 6 and 10 characters long and can contain only upper- or lower-case letters and numbers (a–z, A–Z, 0–9). To reset your username or password, simply click the appropriate link at the bottom of the “Login” window.
Yes! At the bottom of the “Booking Summary” page, you will see “Email Options” and “Print Options.” Select either option and enter your preferences.
Cargo Billing
Customs Brokerage services at HIZ Logistiek help businesses manage customs clearance and compliance for international shipments. Our experienced team handles the complexities of customs regulations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and hassle-free cross-border logistics.
If your business is already registered as a Known Shipper and you have a HIZ Logistiek account number, please complete the Billing Contact Us form to request a User ID. If your business is not yet registered as a Known Shipper, you will need to first complete the Known Shipper application.
The “Invalid Password” error indicates that the password entered is incorrect. If you’ve forgotten your password, please complete the Billing Contact Us form to request a reset.
Click on the “View Current Invoice” option on the left navigational bar.

Anyone can track an existing AWB on hizlogistiek.com, regardless of the booking channel, by using the “Track” dropdown located at the top of the page.
Please make sure the air waybill number you entered is valid and consists of either 19 or 20 characters. Although the 006 prefix is commonly auto-filled, you can change it by pressing the backspace key if necessary.
Yes! Click the “Notification Options” button in the upper right-hand corner of the Shipment Tracking page. From there, you can select the types of notifications you’d like to receive and enter the email address of the recipient(s).
Only one air waybill (AWB) can be tracked at a time through the “Track” tab on our site. However, registered users can view the status of all their shipments in one place by selecting the “Track” tab and then clicking the “View More Details” link.

GPS (Global Positioning System) is a satellite-based navigation system that offers precise location and time data. GPS transmitters in cargo allow HIZ Logistiek to pinpoint the exact location of a shipment, ensuring it can be tracked to within just a few meters of its current position.
You may add an approved device to any shipment during the booking process.
HIZ Logistiek has conducted comprehensive testing in collaboration with relevant aviation authorities to ensure that our approved GPS devices meet the highest standards of safety and security. These approved GPS devices are fully certified and pose no risk to the safety of any flight.
Delta is proud to offer GPS service on every flight, including Delta’s global mainline, Delta Connection® and trucking networks. However, GPS may not be used on interline shipments.
The GPS service is typically used on high-value or extremely time-sensitive shipments such as pharmaceuticals, human organs for transplant, important documents and/or new technology.
