To track your shipment, simply enter your tracking number into the field on our Tracking Page and click “Track.” You’ll instantly see the latest status and delivery updates for your package.
Double-check the number for any typos. If it still doesn’t work, your shipment may not have been updated in the system yet. Please wait a few hours and try again — or contact our support team for help.
Your tracking number will be a 20 digit code made of numbers and letters.
Your tracking number can be found in the following places:
- Your shipping receipt.
- Your sales receipt if you bought insurance at the office.
- Your email confirmation.
- The shipping confirmation email you received from sender.
- The bottom peel-off portion of your Tracking® label
Our system updates tracking information in real time as the shipment passes through checkpoints. You’ll get the most recent status every time you check your tracking number.
